Andy fills a variety of roles on the team, shifting as needed from front-end to back-end work, and everything in between. He leads 13 Drupal projects at PNNL ranging from an international offshore wind/wave power site, to an internal kickstarter clone. Prior to joining PNNL as a software engineer, Andy worked for 6 years doing graphic/web design for Hewlett-Packard, and as a network engineer for Boise. Andy has Bachelor’s degrees in Business Law & Public Policy as well as Computer Science from Washington State University. He currently works as a web developer using a variety of PHP-based web frameworks (primarily Drupal), CSS tools, and various JavaScript libraries to produce sites that are engaging, informative, self-sustaining, and easy to use.
